Requirements Before Submitting the Claim

Please make sure the following requirements are met before submitting the compensation claim:
  1. Provide a copy of the final repair invoice addressed to Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co. The invoice must include:
    • VAT Number: 300164259100003
    • Commercial Registration (CR): 1010280606
    • Address: Al Thumamah Road – Al Nada District – Riyadh – Building No. 3385 – Sub No. 8398 – Postal Code 13317
  2. Ensure the invoice issued by the repair facility complies with all requirements of ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority).
